Gallery 414 presents two concurrent exhibitions: Never Say Goodbye featuring Brianna Adams, Barbara Arabian, Rebekah Bell, Brooke Guthrie, Sarah Hines, Bogdana Kaisheva, Amber Kraatz, Julia Kuykendall, Jara Lang, Humna Raza, Bo Revelle, Kim Russell, Stephen Vickers and The Last Picture Show, a tribute to Razz Fiesler. Both exhibitions open Saturday, February 9, with a reception for the artists from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public.
These exhibitions will be the final shows at Gallery 414.
In 1995, founders John Hartley, Adele Krause and Razz Fiesler opened Gallery 414 as a space to promote and exhibit contemporary art in a variety of media and subject matter by new and established artists. After almost 24 years, we announce that the gallery is closing its doors.
Curated by Gallery 414 director John Hartley, Never Say Goodbye realizes the gallery’s mission to feature artists of different sensibilities and experience by showcasing an eclectic collection of work by artists new to the local scene. The Last Picture Show honors the work of gallery co-founder Razz Fiesler, who passed away in March 2018.
Gallery 414 and these final shows are made possible through the generosity of Razz Fiesler and her daughters.
